PWHC First Year Yellow Vs Corinthian

It was the semi-final of the shield.

Extreme 8 Yellow Pembroke vs. Corinthians

Pembroke started off well with a short corner in the first five minutes a fantastic goal was scored by Rachel. Pembroke kept the pressure on Corinthians but in the last few minutes of the first half  Corinthians scored making it 1-1 by the end of the first half.

With a strong start in the second half Pembroke fought for the win ,scoring 2 amazing goals from Mya and Rachel. There were a couple of short corners for Corinthians  but Grace did a great job as goalie making a few fantastic saves . Pembroke had 1 or 2 short corners too but Corinthians were a strong team and Pembroke  had to fight hard to keep the two goal score difference but in the end Pembroke came out with a well deserved win securing their place in the final.
