Pembroke played a fast passing game against Instonians and came out worthy 3-0 winners.
As in previous games between the two sides Pembroke took the game to Instonians and it was on five minutes that a midfield mistake by Instonians led to Pembroke winning possession with the ball being switched quickly before Alan Sothern slid the ball past goalkeeper Nigel Skillen.
IHL: Ladies 1sts 2 Ards 1
The girls needed 3 points from this Pool A encounter to stay in second (and qualifying) spot in this their penultimate IHL group match. Ards took a surprise lead but Pembroke earned their win through goals from Jill Collins and Sarah Clarke.
